MAY 2020 - UPDATE:

We hope this finds everyone safe and healthy.  What a crazy whirlwind of a few weeks we’ve had!  Jaime, the entire Baker’s Table staff and I would like to thank everyone who supported us with take-out and delivery while we could not seat at the restaurant.  Thank you to everyone who reached out to lend a hand and check on us as well.  You all helped us get through a very uncertain time.

We are excited to welcome you back to dine with all of us.  In compliance with the executive order, we do have limited seating indoors and outdoor seating all spaced with the minimum of six feet apart.  We will be continuing to take reservations, but please keep in mind they will be limited due to our current seating capacity.

We are continuing to take every precaution to keep all our guests and staff safe.  All highly handled items (salt, pepper, water bottles) have been removed from the tables to prevent cross contact.  As always, we continue to wash our hands between every transaction and sanitize door handles and surfaces every hour.  The restaurant will be closed between 3-4 daily to help facilitate our cleaning procedures until further notice.

If you are still not comfortable dining out yet, we will continue to offer take out and delivery.  It is best to call early to place your order for your desired pick up or delivery time as we may have to limit take out and delivery depending on our volume at the restaurant.

Best Regards,

MARCH 2020

Dear Valued Guests,

We would like to take this opportunity to share how we are responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

The health and safety of our guests, employees and community is always our top priority.  Restaurants have always been leaders in food safety and sanitation.  Our chefs and managers are certified in ServSafe, the leading industry food safety certification and every one of our staff members has completed the Florida Food Handlers food safety course which also focuses on cleaning and sanitation practices.

Rest assured we are continuing to wash our hands upon arriving to work and repeatedly throughout the day.  We have been continually cleaning and sanitizing every surface that we touch, door handles, pens, check presenters etc.  As always, our employees are asked to stay home if they are sick and we ask our guests to do the same during these uncertain times.

Starting this week [March 15], we will be making some additional changes to better serve and protect you.  We will be closing from 3pm-4pm daily for extra cleaning.  Indoor seating will be reduced, and outdoor seating will be increased.  All highly handled objects will be removed from tables to avoid cross-contact.

Our guests are the reason we are here.  We are committed to doing our part communicating and working with you to continue to be the place you can feel comfortable when you chose to dine out with family and friends.

While we continue our best sanitation practices, we will be closely monitoring the situation and update our employees and guests of any changes moving forward.

Thank you for your continued support,

Jeanette and Jaime Quintana
